Important additional information:

- It is normal for animals to be a little sad when they return home after their stay, due to being separated from the friends they played with during the day. Remember, they are like children.
- We do not allow visitors inside the apartment, as this can make the animals we care for nervous and scared. We adopt an adaptation process for each animal that visits us for the first time.
- We ask that you arrive promptly at check-in and check-out times, as delays may incur additional costs and affect future reservations.
- Customer service hours are from 10am to 9pm. If there is a delay in response, we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
- Each animal must comply with basic hygiene standards, as must its personal belongings. If it has a special medical condition, it is essential that you inform us.
